• Dates: Our dates do not inherently have any added sugar. Only date pairings with orange and caramelized salted pistachios do contain sulphurless and raw sugar.
• Chocolates: Our baking chocolate contains raw sugar.
• Figs: The nuts used in stuffing the figs are lightly caramelized in cane sugar.
• Pecans & Walnuts: Our stuffed walnuts and pecans contain no added sugar.
• Nuts: Our savoury nuts contain a small percentage of raw sugar to help coat the flavorings well naturally without artificial additives. Praline Cashews are the only product with refined sugar.
• Subcontinental Specials: Our Pistachio Knafeh, Tahini Halvah and Ranginak contain jaggery or cane and raw sugar in minimal measures.
• Pantry Staples like Kehwa, Honey and Spiced Date Pickles contain no added sugar. Fig & Rosemary Preserve however contains raw cane sugar.

Here are some offerings with no sugar.

• Dried Fruits: Our stuffed dates, pecans, walnuts and figs have a shelf life of 20–25 days from the date of manufacturing, depending on the season of the year, when stored in a cool environment at al times.
• Nuts and Chocolates: Longer shelf life of up to at least a month under similar storage conditions.
• Subcontinental Specials: Our tins range from 20-30 days depending on the flavour. They are meant to be stored in a cool place at all times.

Products should be kept away from direct sunlight and moisture at all times. Ideal storage is between 18-20°C to maintain freshness and quality.

 We require a 100% advance payment to process your order. This is mandatory for confirmation and scheduling.

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order is confirmed and paid for. This includes changes to box types, contents, or ingredients.

We accept NEFT or bank transfers for bulk orders only.

All online orders can be paid for through our Payment gateway.

All WhatsApp orders are paid through our UPI scanner.

We work strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders against a full advance payment received are considered as confirmed only.

We are an online boutique based in New Delhi, India. We ship to all major metro cities across India within 2–3 working days and offer same or next-day delivery within Delhi/NCR, subject to order volume and availability.

No, shipping or delivery charges are additional and to be borne by the customer. We highly recommend air shipping for best results.

Due to the perishability of our items, all orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. Delivery dates cannot be preponed or postponed, especially if the order is within 3 weeks of the scheduled delivery.

In case, the MOQ is less than 200 boxes, we offer customised bands, sleeves or bags with your wedding or corporate logo at an extra charge.

In case you requirement is more than 200 boxes, we can customise the actual box with your logo but at an additional charge for design and execution though. We also route you to our box designer and manufacturer and can solely charge you for edibles.

We cannot change the product or alter ingredients to suit your palette. 

No, we do not provide open packaging of dried fruits or nuts, nor do we offer refilling into external compartments. However, we provide individually wrapped dates, figs, walnuts, pecans and chocolates for you to fill at your end.
