Launching Pistachio Knafeh - a dessert with vermicelli as its star ingredient - representing and celebrating commonalities across Asian cultures. Substituting the original high refined-sugar recipe with dates, jaggery and gluten-free vermicelli has been an utmost satisfying project in our kitchen. Protein-rich and retaining the same creaminess and crunch as its original counterpart, our Knafehs come in compact tins to enjoy solo!

The crafting and reinterpretation of the Knafeh has also been a soul-satisfying one as we pay homage to our parent company that finds its origins too in Dubai, UAE. However, with gluten-free vermicelli derived from indigenous rice and Idukki-origin chocolate, our spin on the viral chocolate heavily celebrates Indian ingredients.
