Hot Honey Butter

A lip-smacking condiment made from melted butter, garlic and indigenous red chillis from Mathania, Rajasthan, combined with the goodness of raw honey.

Raw honey and indigenous red chillis are both great sources for antioxidants and vitamins, and known for their anti inflammatory properties.

Hot Honey Butter is a delicious condiment with crackers, semi hard cheeses and/or as a glaze. Once opened, keep away from moisture and ensure the lid is tightly shut. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at all times.
