The Bengaluru edition of Khajoornama built itself on the foundation laid in Delhi, but localized the experience to reflect the city's culture and community. Hosted at Sabha, a restored, heritage space, the format shifted to a ticketed, high-tea style gathering heavily rooted in the local where guests engaged more deeply with the food and the stories behind it. From a visually engaging table filled with local flora like jasmine garland to local fruits like raw banana, jackfruit and more, guests were guided behind the meaning and context of each element.
The menu too explored regional interpretations of dates across India, while the experience extended beyond the plate through a tactile, design-led table and collaborations with local partners like Bamboo Pecker and Mossant Fermentary. This edition marked a more layered, city-responsive iteration of Khajoornama, supported by Urbanaut —one that invited people to not just discover, but truly experience the many dimensions of an ingredient.
