Assorted Dried Fruits - Box of 16

This box contains assorted Medjool dates & sun-dried, Kandhari figs: pistachio & rose fig, almond & sea salt fig, toasted hazelnut dates and pecan dates. The nuts in the figs are lightly caramelised, whereas the dates contain no added sugar.

Dried fruits are a great source of fiber, iron, HDL, zinc vitamins, minerals, and phosphorous.

Great for self-care and complete nourishment, these dried fruits are best enjoyed as a pre or post work out meal and/ or simply as a guilt-free yet indulgent dessert.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and transfer to an air-tight container when can.
