Assorted Classic Dates

The box contains four varieties of deseeded dates: Ajwa, Sagai, Medjool and Khidri, all grown in Thar. The box is a great sampler pack to help you determine your favorite kind.

Dates are a great source of fiber, iron, calcium, zinc vitamins, minerals, and phosphorous.

Great for health and nourishment, our homegrown dates are best enjoyed as a replacement for refined sugar and provide sustenance through out the day without causing sharp spikes in blood sugar.
