This box contains assorted dried fruits namely sea salt & almond figs, apricot & raisin walnuts, date & spice pecans and candied orange rind dates.

The nuts in the figs are lightly caramelised and the orange rind in the dates is candied in sulphurless sugar. The walnuts and pecans, whereas, contain no added sugar.

Dried fruits are a great source of fiber, iron, HDL, zinc vitamins, minerals, and phosphorous.
