This health bundle, good for one, consists of figs, dates and chocolates in equal measure.

Contents of the Craft Box (10 pcs):

The larger box contains assorted Medjool dates & sun-dried, Kandhari figs: almond & sea salt figs and roasted hazelnut dates. The nuts in the figs are lightly caramelised, whereas the dates have no added sugar.

Contents of the Craft Box (5 pcs):

The smaller craft box contains almond rocks enrobed in dark craft chocolate, containing no refined sugar.

Dried fruits are a great source of fiber, iron, calcium, antioxidants, vitamins, zinc, minerals, phosphorus and micronutrients.

Great for self-care and body nourishment, these dried fruits are best enjoyed as a pre or post work out meal and/ or simply as a dessert.
